This hybrid role includes a minimum of two in-office days, with regular fieldwork throughout the Pacific Northwest and western U.S. As an Archaeologist 2, you will be a field director who leads fieldwork and acts as lead author on technical reports. You will perform research, fieldwork, laboratory tasks, and writing as part of a high-performing project team.

Annual compensation commensurate with experience and qualifications and ranges between $74,457–114,986. Candidates with minimum required experience can expect annual compensation within the mid-range of the band. Those who exceed the required experience and/or possess preferred qualifications will be considered for compensation above the mid-range. Please note that the top end of the compensation range is typically reserved for longevity-based progression.
